What does Autopilot do, exactly?
Every day it picks the 10 most relevant new jobs for you and fills in each application in your Chrome, with a resume tailored to it. On Semi Autopilot you look each one over and press Submit. On Complete Autopilot it sends the ones your profile fully answers, and anything it can't answer waits for you.
Will it rewrite my resume?
No. It edits the one you wrote: it puts the bullets that matter for each job first and rewords a few in the posting's terms, keeping your layout, numbers and voice. Nothing is added that you haven't done, and you can see every version before it's sent.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your resume and profile are stored privately, and only you can see them. Claude, Anthropic's AI, reads your resume to tailor it, and Anthropic doesn't train on it. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers, and nothing goes to an employer unless you send it.
Does it work on Workday?
Yes. Sign in to the company's Workday site, then click Fill on each step. Autofill also works on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Teamtailor, Breezy and most other application forms, including the ones on companies' own career pages.
